Abstract:
To provide a temperature measurement system, temperature measurement method, and method of manufacturing pipes, which allow for accurately measuring temperature of pipe-end inner surfaces.SOLUTION: Provided is a temperature measurement system for measuring temperature of pipe-end inner surfaces, or inner surfaces of end portions of a tubular object being conveyed. The system comprises: image capturing means having optical axes parallel to a virtual plane extending in an axial direction and a conveying direction of the tubular object, the image capturing means being disposed such that the optical axes lie at an angle with the axial line of the tubular object so as to capture images of the pipe ends including the inner surfaces thereof; and temperature computation means for computing temperature of the pipe-end inner surfaces from the images captured by the image capturing means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
