Abstract:
To provide a temperature measuring device and a temperature measuring method that reduce an amount of work and costs associated with ground temperature management in a purification method of heating soil.SOLUTION: A temperature measuring device 1 for measuring underground temperature includes: an insertion implement 2 inserted into a water quality observation well 9 for monitoring underground water; and a temperature gauge 3 having one or more sensor parts 3a. The insertion implement 2 includes: a hollow tubular part 4; and a closure part 5 for closing so that underground water is prevented from intruding into the tubular part 4.
