Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature measuring device capable of measuring a furnace temperature state from a small observation window or the like of a furnace while preventing damage due to radiant heat from within the furnace.SOLUTION: A temperature measuring device comprises: an inner cylinder 7; an outer cylinder 8 provided to be concentric with the inner cylinder 7 so as to form a clearance in an outer circumference of the inner cylinder 7; an optical system 11 provided within the inner cylinder 7 so as to exhibit air permeability over an entire length, and propagating light emitted from a measuring object; a filter plate that includes a plurality of filters transmitting a specific wavelength of the light transmitted by the optical system 11 and different in transmission characteristics; a filter switching unit 5 switching over the filters of the filter plate; an imaging unit 3 picking up an image of the measuring object via the filter switched by the filter switching unit 5; and a control unit 6 computing a temperature state of the measuring object by a two-color radiation temperature measuring method on the basis of the image acquired by the imaging unit 3, cooling water being circulated in the clearance and cooling air being circulated within the inner cylinder 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
