Title:
TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS57211027
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To realize the wireless measurement of temperature, by transmitting a sweep pulse to a temperature-sensitive circuit and securing the coincidence between the resonance frequency of the temperature-sensitive resonance circuit and the sweep pulse.

CONSTITUTION: The electromagnetic wave produced from a VCO2 is oscillated through a transmitting circuit 3 that transmits the wave as a pulse of cycle (t), and the wave reflected from a temperature-sensitive resonance circuit 4 is received at a time selective receiving circuit 5 that receives only the electric wave which is delayed by Δt from the oscillation. The received signal has the resonance when it has the same frequency as the resonance frequency of the circuit 4 and obtains a signal having a large amount of delay. When this delayed signal is obtained, a bias circuit 1 stops its working, and the VCO2 has the oscillation of a certain frequency. As a result, the voltage of the circuit 1 has a level corresponding to the temperature of the circuit 4.
