Abstract:
To provide a temperature responsive polymer without using complicated processes, to provide a temperature responsive fiber and nonwoven fabric comprised of the same, and to provide a method for producing the polymer.
The temperature responsive polymer, whose water solubility changes depending on temperature, comprises a copolymer of a temperature responsive monomer and a hydrophobic monomer, and the composition ratio of the temperature responsive monomer to the hydrophobic monomer is 50 mol%:50 mol% to 99.9 mol%:0.1 mol%.
