Abstract:
To provide a temperature testing device and a temperature testing method with which, when measuring the temperature dependency of transmit or receive characteristic of a test object in an OTA test environment, it is possible to suppress the degradation of measurement result due to a heat-insulating housing.SOLUTION: The temperature testing device comprises: an antenna 6 for testing that transmits or receives a wireless signal for measuring the transmit or receive characteristic of a DUT 100 to and from an antenna 110; a heat-insulating housing 70 composed of a heat-insulating material that encloses a space area 71 including a quiet zone QZ; and a measurement device 20 for measuring the transmit or receive characteristic of the DUT 100 every time the attitude of the DUT 100 changes while the temperature of the space area 71 is controlled. In an area of the heat-insulating housing 70 which the wireless signal transmitted from the antenna 6 for testing passes through before entering the quiet zone QZ, a tabular portion 70a perpendicular to the direction of progression of radio wave of the wireless signal entering the quiet zone QZ is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
