Abstract:

To provide a flow cell measuring apparatus (1) for processing information accompanying particles or cells which performs entrainment in a sheath fluid stream and a method for the same which perform test, distinction, allocation, and separation of the particles or cells even when moving at high speed.

Compensation conversion of data from a signal (15) is performed by an individual first signal processor (18) or combining it with at least one more signal processor (17). By the compensation conversion, complex conversion of data from at least one signal (15) is performed, and one or more operation parameter is compensated. The compensated parameter is returned to the first signal processor (18) and provide information about the compensated parameter, and particles (3) are clarified and distinguished from other particles.
