To provide a temporary scaffolding device for repairing a ballast tank, etc. capable of efficiently and safely performing repairing work, etc. of tank parts A and B formed in a corner part of a hull side plate 2 and a deck 3 or a vessel bottom plate 4 in the ballast tank.

In this device, a rib R formed into a substantially right angled triangle in cross section by a vertical wall part 2a, a horizontal wall part 3a and an oblique wall part 7 and extending in the hull longitudinal direction in an internal surface of each wall part 2a, 2b and 7 in the corner part of the hull side plate 2, the deck 3 or the vessel bottom plate 4 in the ballast tank is assembled in tank parts projectingly provided at fixed intervals. The device is constituted of a single pipe 11 with a clamp, a scaffolding board 13 with one leg provided with a hook 21 for locking at one end part and provided with a single pipe 22 for locking the hook 21 and a foldable leg body 23 at the other end, a scaffolding board 15 for both hooks, and scaffolding boards 16 and 17 for one hook.
