Title:
TENNIS RACKET
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0833741
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the change force and stability of a ball so as to enjoy various shots such as a spin shot, a slice shot and so on by stretching a gut obliquely with a tennis racket standing upright so as to form diamond-shaped meshes.

CONSTITUTION: With a tennis racket having a handle 2 and a grip part 3 standing upright, a gut 1 is obliquely stretched on the frame so as to form diamond- shaped meshes. That is, the gut 1, which is usually stretched longitudinally and horizontally, is stretched obliquely from side to side. Spacing of the gut is uniformly held. At the time of using the racket, it is used similarly to the ordinary racket to play tennis. As the racket is excellent in the change force and stability of a ball, various shots such as a spin shot, a slice shot and so on can be enjoyed. Furthermore, as the range of a sweet spot is wide, even a beginner can play tennis with a light heart, and an advanced player can also enjoy a very difficult shot.
