Title:
TENSE INSTALLATION METHOD OF SAFETY ROPE IN VARIOUS FACILITIES, INCLUDING AS SPENT FUEL POOL IN NUCLEAR POWER PLANT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2009128072
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a tense installation method of a safety rope in various facilities, such as, a spent fuel pool in a nuclear power plant capable of safely executing various works by avoiding generation of a state of dropping of an operator by mistake, by keeping at all times a tense state without loosening the safety rope, when arranging the safety rope for a safety countermeasure as an alternative means around various facilities, such as, a nuclear reactor connected to the spent fuel pool or a storage pool, such as, a steam separator in the nuclear power plant in the opened state by removing handrail.

This tense installation method of the safety rope in various facilities, such as, spent fuel pool in the nuclear power plant comprises a combination of processes for erecting poles at each prescribed interval around various facilities, such as, the spent fuel pool in the nuclear power plant; inserting the safety rope into each ring attached to each upper end of the poles; fixing one-end side of the safety rope after insertion; and winding the other-end side of the safety rope on a storage reel via a tensioner for backward-movement prevention.
