Title:
TENSILE FORCE IMPARTING DEVICE FOR RECORDING BODY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3701803
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tensile force imparting device for a recording body capable of always imparting constant tensile force, regardless of a roll diameter.
SOLUTION: A roll 30 of stencil raw paper 1 is freely rotatably supported. The roll 30 receives load from a first damper 27. The roll 30 receives load from a second damper 39 via two conical pulleys 31, 32 interlocking by a belt 33. An operating arm 46 detecting an outside diameter of the roll 30 moves an operating rod 41 and changes the location of the belt 33. When the roll 33 has a large diameter, load of the first damper 27 is small and load of the second damper 39 is large. When the roll 30 has a small diameter, load of the first damper 27 is large and load of the second damper 39 is small. Load that the two dampers 27 and 39 impart the roll 30 become almost constant, regardless of the sizes of the diameters. Proper back tension is imparted to the stencil raw paper 1 drawn from the roll 30. Proper photoengraving is performed.
