Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tension adjustment device for a chain conveyor which can easily perform tension adjustment and for which maintenance can be simplified.SOLUTION: A device for adjusting tension of a chain DC of a chain conveyor CC comprises: a move member 11 which is connected to a rotation axis SS2 of a driven gear S2 of the chain conveyor CC and/or a rotation axis SS1 of a driving gear S1; a guide member 12 which guides the move member 11 along an approach/separation direction in which the driven gear S2 and the driving gear S1 approach and are separated from each other; a movement fixation mechanism 20 which fixes movement of the move member 11; and a transfer mechanism 30 which energizes the move member 11 in the approach/separation direction. The transfer mechanism 30 comprises a jack 31 which energizes the move member 11 along the approach/separation direction, and a stationery member 32 which fixes the jack 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
