PURPOSE: To provide a tensioning evaluation method for a circular saw which is of high reliability and can evaluate the trensioning treatment amount simply and securely.
CONSTITUTION: In a tensioning-evaluation method for a circular saw for the rotational citting, the relation between the straight cutting amount and the natural frequency based on the number of nodal lines of the inherent mode as a parameter is found by experiment or computation under the given condition preliminarily. The natural frequency of the number of respective nodal lines for a circular saw to which the tensioning of the given amount is found by experiment, and the natural frequency in the number of respective nodal lines found by experiment is compared with the ntural frequency found preliminarily to discriminate whether the tensioning is good or not.
