PURPOSE: To make it possible to automatize a work such as the adjustment of the corrugated part in both side edges of tire molding material, by constructing a rotatably supported air bladder so that it moves to and from a tire molding material pasted on a molding drum through a cylinder prepared in a support frame, and is contact-bondable thereon.

CONSTITUTION: Both ends of an air bladder roll 10 are rotatably supported on the blacket 8 of a device for tentative contact-bonding bladder 5a, 5b. A work such as adjustment of the corrugated part in the side edge of a tire molding material W or removal of air reservoirs can be automatized without manpower, by constructing the air bladder roll 10 so that it moves to and from the tire molding material W pasted on the outer periphery of a molded drum 1, and is also contact-bondable thereon, contact-bonding the air bladder roll 10 against the tire molding material W with a definite pressure before applying a stetching roller in the first strength of the green tire molding process, and at the same time making it to follow this shape, and then rotating the molding drum.
