Title:
TERMINAL ANCHOR SECTION FORMATION METHOD FOR HIGH STRENGTH FIBER COMPOSITE TENDON
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3510356
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To speedily and simply form an anchor section with better anchoring efficiency in an optimum and required position by using an anchoring member having a cylindrical soft resin layer to the inside of a steel pipe, and inserting a high strength fiber composite tendon into a through-hole of the soft resin layer to compress the circumference of the steel pipe.
CONSTITUTION: An anchoring member B having a cylindrical soft resin layer 6 is used to the inside of a steel pipe 5. Then, a high strength fiber composite tendon A is inserted into a through-hole 60 of the resin layer 6, and the steel pipe 5 is caressed from the circumference under such a state to flow the resin layer 6 plastically. Press-fit and fill thereof are made in the valley of the tendon A. At that time, the resin layer 6 is the thermosetting resin with the extent of 60-75 of the hardness D and 0.8-1.5KN/mm2 of elastic modulus. By the constitution, there is no need to wait for solidification of the resin or to control temperature, etc., and an anchoring section with better anchoring efficiency can be made simply in a job site.
