PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal recovery device that is excellent in convenience and restrains cost increase and reliability deterioration.SOLUTION: An automatic settlement terminal issuing machine 20 comprises: a guide indicator recovery port 20d into which a guide indicator 10 returned by a patient PS is inserted; an indicator issuance and recovery unit 24 for performing a recovery step of the guide indicator 10 inserted into the guide indicator recovery port 20d; and a control unit 28 electrically connected with a settlement processing unit 23 for controlling the operation of the indicator issuance and recovery unit 24.
