Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation of the cut part of a crimp terminal when the crimp terminal is separated from an upper die after crimping by holding a moving blade member in such a manner as to be movable to the upper die between a cutting position for cutting a crimp terminal by the sliding between a moving edge and a receiving blade member and a relief position retreated from the cutting position, and forming a dent on the moving blade member lower part.
SOLUTION: A moving blade member 65 is formed so that the upper end side is thinned, and a holder 66 has a groove 66a corresponding to the thickness of the moving blade member 65. The moving member 65 is generally pressed forward and energized by a spring 66b held within the holder 66. The position where the moving blade member 65 is situated in the front side is called a cutting position, and the position when it is retreated to the rear side is called a relief position. The connecting part with a crimp terminal is retreated to the relief position by the sliding with a guide surface provided on the lower edge of a dent formed on the moving blade member 64, and the cutting part of the crimp terminal is slipped out from the dent without being bent, so that its deformation can be prevented.
