To appropriately report danger or the like by sharing information of a plurality of vehicles while reducing the amount of information.SOLUTION: A terminal device 10 includes: a video data acquisition unit 21 that acquires video data obtained by photographing surroundings of a mobile body; a danger information detection unit 30 that detects danger information and its type from the video data; and a danger information communication control unit 32 that transmits the danger information detected by the danger information detection unit 30 to a server device 40 and receives danger information notified from the server device 40 when located within a notification area identified by the server device 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
