Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an exchange station building for grasping the power source state transition of a subscriber terminal.
SOLUTION: When an external power source 3n1 of a subscriber terminal 3n0 is disconnected, a power control part 3n3 switches power feeding to the subscriber terminal 3n0 to an internal power source 3n2. A power source state change detecting part 3n4 detects the switching information, transmits the switching information to a base station 2 via an interface 5, by using a location registration message signal defined by an ANSI(American National Standard Institute)/TIA(Telecommunications Industry Association)/EIA(Electronic Industries Alliance)-95B standards and further notifies a base station controller 1 of the switching information via a wire interface 4. The base station controller 1 stores the signal in a storing part 10, when the controller 1 receives the signal. A maintenance manager of the exchange station building housing the controller 1 grasps the change transition of the power source state by a maintenance terminal 6 and easily grasps the operation stop factor of the subscriber terminal.
