To provide a reliable terminal device which can securely transmit and receive signals while holding functions of securely confirming whether the terminal device is in a normal monitor state by blinking a display means in constant cycles without any change irrelevantly to the number of connected terminal devices and also reducing the total current consumption of a system.
Terminal devices are connected to a fire receiver and given individual addresses, and the fire receiver individually recognizes the terminal devices with the addresses and sends and receives coded transmit signals, so that the terminal devices are used for facilities for monitoring and controlling.
