Abstract:
To provide means for supporting smooth communication between users located in places distant from each other.SOLUTION: A system 1 is a system that supports a remote proxy service in which a requested user goes to a place (site) where a requesting user cannot go on behalf of the requesting user and performs what is instructed by the requesting user. The system 1 includes a terminal device 11A used by the requesting user and a terminal device 11B used by the requested user. The terminal device 11A displays, in real time, a moving image being captured by the terminal device 11B at the site. When the requesting user selects an image included in the moving image displayed by the terminal device 11A, the selected image is displayed on the terminal device 11B. The requested user can receive an instruction related to an object appearing in the image while looking at the image selected by the requesting user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
