To provide two rotary operators, that is, a rotary operator for performing a vertical rotating operation and a rotary operator for performing a rotating operation in a clockwise direction and in an anti-clockwise direction with an installation space for almost one rotary operator.

A jog dial 11 is arranged at almost the center of a disk jog dial 10 formed so as to be operable in the clockwise direction and in the anti-clockwise direction so that it can rotate in a direction which is almost orthogonal to the operating direction of the disk jog dial 10. This jog dial 11 is integrally configured with the disk jog dial 10, so that two jog dials can be arranged with an installation space for almost one rotary operator. Also, by the rotating operation of the disk jog dial 10, the direction of the rotary shaft of the jog dial 11 is changed. Consequently, it is possible to change the direction of the rotating operation of the jog dial 11 in vertical, horizontal and oblique directions, and to improve operability.
