Elastically deformable metallic lances 42 are formed on both side walls of the cover 40 by cutting and raising them onto outer sides. Open parts 45 are provided on faces adjacent to the side walls on which the metallic lances 42 age provided, respectively, and a contact part 36 which is provided in a connection part 32 on an inner side of the cover 40 and can come into contact with a short terminal is exposed from the open part 45.
