Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means that quickly and accurately indicates terminal numbers for supporting electrical measurement of a component including a plurality of terminals without subjecting a substrate to special processing.SOLUTION: There is provided a terminal number output device comprising: a counter 3 that has a probe 1 attached with an acceleration sensor 2 and counts the number of vibrations of the probe 1 from a measurement value from the acceleration sensor 2; and a display unit 4 that displays a terminal number with which the tip of the probe 1 is in contact on the basis of the counted value from the counter 3, and can quickly and accurately find a terminal with a desired terminal number from a plurality of terminals.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
