Abstract:
To provide a terminal overheat detection device capable of detecting abnormal overheat of a terminal by a simple configuration, without requiring modification of a circuit breaker, and yet capable of confirming whether or not a normal output can be obtained by test operation.SOLUTION: A terminal overheat detection device is a terminal temperature display device attached to the terminal 12 of an electrical machine from the outside together with a wire 3, and displaying the temperature of the terminal, and includes a connection connected with the terminal and to which heat of the terminal is conducted, a thermal element having one end for fastening to the connection, and the other end disposed displaceably in response to change in the heat, a displacement transmission part to which displacement of the thermal element is transmitted, and displaces reciprocally in response to reaction, and a signal output part which is driven when the displacement of the displacement transmission part is transmitted and exceeding a prescribed threshold level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
