To avoid the easy exfoliation of an upper layer input terminal for a power supply in a terminal structure which has lower layer input terminals for the power supply provided on a substrate as a broad input terminal for the power supply, and upper layer input terminals for the power supply in which the lower layer input terminal for the power supply is connected to the one end and the other end of the lower layer input terminal for the power supply on an insulating film overlying the lower layer input terminal for the power supply.

First and second contact holes 5 and 6 are formed at parts corresponding to one end of and the other end of the sides of the lower layer input terminal 2a for the power supply of an insulating film covering the lower layer input terminal 2a for the power supply. When the first and second contact holes 5 and 6 are made into one shape of an oblong rectangle, opposite edges 5a and 6a of the first and second contact holes 5 and 6 become longer, sometimes the upper input terminals 2b for the power supply on the insulating film exfoliate from the parts of the edges 5a and 6a. On the other hand, if the two first and second contact holes 5 and 6 are formed in any case, the upper layer input terminals 2b for the power supply can make it possible not to exfoliate easily.
