Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce cost by eliminating the post-mounting of a separate piece or postforming.
CONSTITUTION: Molding 2 is extruded so as to make a round of the peripheral edge part from the starting point on the peripheral edge part of a panel 1 to a terminal point, which exceeds the starting point in order to form an overlapped portion 24, which is formed by overlapping the molding starting end part 22 with the molding terminating end part 23. Under the state just mentioned above, by cutting the overlapped porting 24 at a cutting point between the starting point and the terminal point, the respective ends of the molding starting end part 22 and the molding terminal end part 23 are cut off so as to form a frame-like shape. Since no gap is produced between the starting end and terminal end, time and labor for bonding a separate piece becomes unnecessary.
