To provide a terminal validity assurance system by which the validity of a terminal is ensured without entirely delivering information on a user to a terminal whose validity is not checked.

The terminal validity assurance system includes an assurance-aimed terminal 10 and a validity confirmation server 20. The assurance-aimed terminal 10 is provided with a validity certification section 11 transmitting validity certification information indicating whether or not software and hardware in the terminal 10 is in a valid state to the validity confirmation server 20. The validity confirmation server 20 is provided with a validity confirmation section 21 conducting a confirmation request asking the validity to the assurance-aimed terminal 10 upon receiving an inquiry about the validity of the assurance-aimed terminal 10 from a user terminal 30, confirming the validity of the terminal based on the validity certification information transmitted from the appropriateness certification section 11 of the assurance-aimed terminal, and transmitting a confirmation result to the user terminal.
