To provide a radio transmission system, its reception panel, and its terminal for surely transmitting a signal between the reception panel and the terminal, and for sharply reducing the power consumption of the terminal in the radio transmission system.

The reception panel in the radio transmission system equipped with the reception panel and a plurality terminals is provided with a calling signal transmitting means for continuously transmitting a calling signal for calling one terminal among the plurality of terminals in a period which is an intermittent cycle or more for intermittent reception by the terminals and a control signal transmitting means for, when the terminal called by the calling signal is put in an operation continuation status, transmitting a control signal for controlling the terminal called by the calling signal.
