Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL: A compd. represented by formula I [R1 is alky; R2 and R3 are 1-12C polymethylene or 5-norbornen-2-yl along with neighboring C; X is CO2, OCO, OCO2, N(R7)CO, NHNHCO or N(R7)CON(R8) (R7 and R8 are H, alkyl or phenyl); R4 is alkyl, phenyl or benzyl; R6 is phenyl, benzyl, pyridinyl, pyrimidinyl or pyradinyl and n is 1-5] or its salt (X is other than CON(R7); R7 is other than alkyl and R8 is other than 2-pyrimidinyl).
EXAMPLE: N-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-N'-[4-[4-(2-methoxyphenyl)-1-piperadinyl]butyl.
USE: An antidepresant and an anxiety remission agent.
PROCESS: For example, pyperadinylalanol or piperadinylalkylamine and phosgene are reacted to obtain a compd. represented formula II belonging to the compd. represented by formula I.
