To provide a test equipment for circuit board with sufficient examination efficiency by eliminating loss of the time required in starting and stopping of a head disk assembly(HDA) spindle motor which are incorporated into the test equipment for hard disk drive.

This equipment comprises a spindle motor control circuit 31 which controls a spindle motor of HDA 2 on an HDD circuit board test equipment separated from a motor circuit 12 on the HDD circuit board 1. The operation switching between the motor circuit 12 in the HDD circuit board and the motor control circuit 31 equipped in the test equipment is performed by a switching circuit 32 equipped in the test equipment.
