Abstract:

To efficiently evaluate a large number of waveforms obtained by sweeping parameters.SOLUTION: A test measurement device 10 receives a waveform array containing waveform data obtained by sweeping parameters. A processor 12 generates waveform images of respective pieces of waveform data and renders them into video frames, and generates an image array composed of the video frames.
