Abstract:
A test and measurement instrument including a splitter (102) configured to split an input signal (104) into at least two split signals (106, 108), at least two harmonic mixers (110, 112) configured to mix an associated split signal (106, 108) with an associated harmonic signal (114, 118) to generate an associated mixed signal (116, 120), at least two digitizers (ADC) (130, 132) configured to digitize the associated mixed signal (116, 120), at least two MIMO polyphase filter arrays (200, 202) configured to filter the associated digitized mixed signal (134, 136) of an associated digitizer of the at least two digitizers, at least two pairs of band separation filters (204, 206, 208, 210) configured to receive the associated digitized mixed signals (y1, y2) from each of the MIMO polyphase filter arrays and output a low band of the input signal (xl, xL) and a high band of the input signal (xh~, xH~) based on a time different between the at least two digitizers (130, 132) and a phase drift of a local oscillator, a mixer to up-shift the high band of the input signal (xH~ to xh) and a combiner (226) configured to combine the low band of the input signal (xL) and the high band of the input signal (xh) to form a reconstructed input signal.
