PURPOSE: To attain a test of a peripheral device with a simple operation by transferring a test program to the peripheral device with push of a specific switch when an electric power supply is applied.

CONSTITUTION: A power supply switch 11 is operated to apply a power supply together with push of a test program call switch 12. Thus a test program call detecting circuit 13 detects the application of the power supply and informs it to a processor 14. A program transfer request circuit 15 sends the control information requesting the transfer of a test program 41 to an information processor 20. At the same time, the program 41 sent from a program read-out transfer circuit 22 is stored to a memory circuit 16. Then the execution is started for the program 41 under the control of the processor 14.
