Title:
TEXTILE MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012071937
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a textile machine, capable of improving operability and enhancing the safety of operation in trouble processing or start-up processing by providing four speed control patterns.

A high-speed mode is an operation mode for producing a fiber yarn in the textile machine. In a middle-speed mode, conveyance speeds of fiber conveying rollers driven by motors 7, N following a motor 6 are reduced to the conveyance speed of a fiber conveying roller driven by the motor 6. In a low-speed mode, fiber conveying rollers driven respectively by motors 1-3 are driven at respective SV values (steady conveyance speeds), and each of the fiber conveying rollers driven by the motors 4-N disposed on the downstream side of the motor 3 can be set to the same conveyance speed as that of the fiber conveying roller driven by the motor 3. When an optional mode is selected, the rotating speeds of all the motors can be reduced at the same setting magnification.
