To provide a textile machine capable of adjusting a yarn supply bobbin to a proper position, without providing a sensor for detecting a position of the yarn supply bobbin.
An automatic winder comprises a bobbin holding part, a stepping motor, a driving control part, a magnet sensor and a pulse number counting part. The bobbin holding part holds the yarn supply bobbin. The driving control part moves the bobbin holding part by driving the stepping motor by a quantity corresponding to a designated command value (the pulse number). The magnet sensor specifies an origin position being a reference position of the bobbin holding part. The pulse number counting part determines the command value (the pulse number) required for moving the bobbin holding part up to a target position from the origin position, as an actual measurement command value.
