The textile-printing treatment apparatus 100 includes an unwinding shaft member 11 for supporting a fabric roll R0 in a state capable of being rotated on an axis, an unwinding shaft member 21 for supporting a transfer-printing paper roll T0 for the transfer-printing paper T having a transfer-printing layer C formed on the surface of a substrate B in a state capable of being rotated on an axis, a transfer-printing portion 3 for superposing the transfer-printing paper T unwound from the unwinding shaft member 21 on a fabric R unwound from the unwinding shaft member 11, and pressing and heating the laminated product to transfer the transfer-printing layer C of the transfer-printing paper T to the fabric R, a meander-detecting sensor 15 for detecting the position in the transverse direction Y of the fabric R unwound from the unwinding shaft member 11, a sliding mechanism 14 for displacing and driving the unwinding shaft member 11 in the transverse direction Y, and a controller 1A for controlling the sliding mechanism 14 to transfer the transfer-printing layer C to a prescribed position on the basis of the detection result of the meander-detecting sensor 15.
