Abstract:
To provide a TFT-LCD array substrate structure and a method for manufacturing the same.
The TFT-LCD array substrate includes a substrate, at least one gate line and at least one data line which are formed and cross with each other and have a thin-film transistor and a pixel electrode, and form sub-pixel regions electrically connected to the thin film transistor and the pixel electrode; and a compensation parasitic capacity structure, where a first electrode is connected to a gate line and a second electrode, is connected to pixel electrode.
