To provide TGFβR2 endonuclease variants, compositions and methods of use.SOLUTION: The disclosure provides an improved genome editing composition and a method for editing TGFβR2 gene. The disclosure further provides a genome edited cell for preventing, treating or ameliorating at least one symptom of cancer, infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, inflammatory diseases or immunodeficiency.
