PURPOSE: To generate an alarm when an open lever is operated and to prevent theft by providing a sensor for detecting the operation of a separation mechanism consisting of a lever and the like that are connected by a connection pin via each long hole and the operation of the lever.

CONSTITUTION: First to third levers 14, 15, and 16 are connected by a connection pin 23 via long holes 19, 21, and 22 that are punched at each of the levers, and a hood lock device is provided at either of the levers 14 and 15 and a separation mechanism where an open lever is connected and a sensor 27 for detecting the operation of the lever 14 are provided at the other. Then, when a door is locked by a specific operation, the lever 16 is rotated for moving the connection pin 23 to the flexed part of the long hole 19, the connection between the levers 14 and 15 is released, and the operation force of the open lever is suspended. Also, when the open lever is operated in this state, an alarm generation circuit is opened by the sensor 27 and an alarm is generated.
