To obtain the subject therapeutic agent capable of checking pruritus, moderating the keratinizing tendency of a horny layer, suppressing the propagation of bacteria and fungi and manifesting effects on atopic dermatitis without any adverse effects by including several ingredients having pharmacodynamic effects and converting the resultant agent into an ointment.
This therapeutic agent for dermatosis is obtained by including (A) acetylcholine chloride, (B) caffeine and sodium benzoate, (C) oxytetracycline hydrochloride and (D) trichomycin and converting the resultant agent into an ointment. The amounts of the formulated respective ingredients are preferably 25 g of the ingredient A, 25 g of the ingredient B, 1,000 mg of the ingredient C and 500,000 units of the ingredient D. Furthermore, (E) 250 mg of chloramphenicol is preferred. The ingredient A is capable of removing pruritus of skin and the ingredient B is capable of softening a horny layer of the skin and facilitating the peeling of the horny layer. The ingredient C is effective against staphylococci, streptococci, Escherichia coli, or the like, and the ingredient D is effective against fungi. The ingredient E is effective against the staphylococci, Escherichia coli, or the like. Atopic dermatitis is effectively treated by pharmacodynamic effects of the formulated respective ingredients.
