A dental therapeutic apparatus 1 for the treatment by removing chips with using an abrasive implement 7 for tissue of a body or a substitute material, comprises a hand piece 2 to support a vibration part 4 supporting the implement 7 in a forward edge area. Then, the vibration of the vibration part 4 is set up by a vibration generator 5 and the hand piece 2 is or can be connected to a flexible supply line 18 in a backward edge area thereof, the supply line 18 extends from a supply device, the output of the vibration generator 5 is variable, and the vibration generator 5 is mounted to a controlling device 72 such that the output can be increased and decreased.
