To prevent erroneous usage and malfunction due to an attachment mistake.
A thermal fuse for a fire damper includes a pair of fuse pieces 2 where substantially perpendicularly bent and erected joint parts 3 are arranged at one ends and attachment holes 4 are arranged at the other ends. The joint parts 3 of the fuse pieces 2 are made to face with a small gap 5, and welded by filling the gap 5 with fuse metal 6.
