The thermal head driving circuit 10 is further constituted of shift resistors SR1-SRn, latch circuits L1-Ln, gate elements G1-Gn, switching elements T1-Tn, storage elements M1-Mn for storing density correcting data for prints, gate elements C1-Cn, which select conducting-time controlling signals CNT1-CNT4 based on the outputs of the storage elements M1-Mn, and the like.
