Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal insulation box improving production workability.
SOLUTION: Insertion grooves 42 for an inner box 20 and insertion grooves 43 for an outer box are formed in the both sides in the width direction of joiners 40A and 40B at an angle of 90° and insertion plates 32 and 36 projecting outward are formed in the four sides of an opening edge of the inner box 20. The left/right two joiners 40B are installed by inserting the vertical insertion plates 32 into the insertion grooves 42, the upper/lower joiners 40A are installed by inserting the lateral insertion plates 36 into the insertion grooves 42, and the end parts of the joiners 40A and 40B are connected to each other by inserting projecting pieces 47 in slits 48. The insertion grooves 43 for the outer box are disposed into vertically long rectangles and opened frontward, insertion plates 59 and 62 are disposed into vertically long rectangles and project rearward in the opening edge of the outer box 50, and the insertion plates 59 and 62 are inserted into the insertion grooves 43 so that the joiners 40A and 40B are installed over the opening edges of the inner box 20 and the outer box 50.
