Abstract:
To provide a thermal recording body excellent in the resistance to heat and light.
In a thermal recording body wherein an undercoat layer, a thermal recording layer containing a colorless or light-colored dye precursor and a developer as main constituents and a protective layer are provided sequentially on a substrate, the developer includes a compound expressed by the formula, for instance, and an ultraviolet absorber is contained in the undercoat layer and/ or the thermal recording layer, an ultraviolet screener being contained in the thermal recording layer and/or the protective layer and a fluorescent dye being contained in the protective layer.
