Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a thermal recording material excellent in dynamic color forming sensitivity and the matching property with a thermal head.
CONSTITUTION: An org. hollow filler with a particle size of 1-10μm and a percentage of hollowness of 60-95% is added to the heat insulating layer on a support and calcium carbonate with a particle size of 5μm or less, oil absorbancy of 80-200ml/100g and a BET specific surface area of 15-50m2/g is added to a thermal color forming layer based on a leuco dye and a developer.
