Title:
THERMAL SCREEN PRINTING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2756219
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To realize a novel thermal screen printing machine capable of always obtaining a good printing image regardless of the temp. of ink.
CONSTITUTION: A thermal screen printing machine is constituted so that a thermal head 106 is brought into contact with a thermal screen master 100 and the heat generating part of the thermal head 106 is allowed to generate heat corresponding to an image signal to melt and perforate a thermoplastic resin film in a positionally selected manner to obtain the perforated pattern corresponding to the image signal and this obtained thermal screen master is wound around the outer peripheral surface of a printing drum 53 and ink is supplied from the inner peripheral side of the printing drum 53 and the ink image corresponding to the image signal is formed on printing paper S by the ink exuded from the perforated pattern. An ink temp. detection means 200 detecting the temp. of ink and an energy adjusting means 300 adjusting the perforating energy applied to the individual heating parts of the thermal head 106 to the predetermined energy corresponding to the temp. of ink detected by the ink temp. detection means 200 are provided.
