Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expedite a job site work by omitting a water filling work at a building site by previously filling a thermal storage agent such as water or the like in a thermal storage unit, to improve an icing efficiency, and to shorten an icing and ice melting times by smoothly distributing an antifreeze solution in a thermal storage tank body by sinking the unit in the solution.
SOLUTION: A thermal storage agent 9 capable of alternatively storing a latent heat and radiating the heat and a supercooling inhibitor 10 for accelerating icing of the agent 9 are filled in a vertically long substantially cylindrical container body 8 with a bottom, a gas 11 of the degree capable of absorbing its volumetric expansion when the agent 9 is iced is filled in the body 8, and an upper end of the body 8 is closed.
