To distribute heat from a plurality of outdoor units to a plurality of heat utilizing apparatus.
This warm/cold thermal system is provided with first and second outdoor units 11, 12 equipped with compressors 13a, 13b to supply a high temperature refrigerant compressed by the compressors 13a, 13b; a plurality of heat utilizing apparatus such as a floor heating panel 5, an air conditioner 6 and a water heater 7 utilizing the heat of circulating water and utilization water which flow therein; and a heat exchanging part provided with first to third heat exchangers 21-23 exchanging heat between the refrigerant from the first and second outdoor units 11, 12 and the circulating water and utilization water which are circulated, and provided to be able to change a method of connection to the first and second outdoor units 11, 12 and a method of connection to the floor heating panel 5, air conditioner 6 and the water heater 7. Heat distribution is performed by changing the method of connection so that the quantity of heat demanded by each heat utilizing apparatus can be supplied.
